Home Staging

This occupied house staging in Placentia had a few challenges.

The young couple had separated and half of the furniture in the house was missing. I had to become creative, there was NO budget to rent furniture. So I borrowed some furnishing from a friend that has the sofa and love seat in storage. I also borrowed the kitchen table and chairs from another friend who was not using them. The master bedroom was recreated using blow up mattresses and moving furniture from over crowed rooms to the master to fill the space.

The Realtor and owner were very happy with the transformation. This home is currently on the market.
