Occupied Staging

A very plain house on the outside that did not have good curb appeal.  A flat roof over the garage, and overgrown  landscaping was making this house a challenge to get buyers even out of the car. So some curb appeal work was done in the front yard using Feng Shui basics.

It was just what we need to get the buyers into the house to see how adorable it was inside. They had great furnishings and were living with 2 very large dogs and it showed like a dog house! So first we had to take the blankets off the furniture and clean up all that dog hair. Proper placement of the furniture was key, the house was only about 1400 square feet and it feel small with all their furnishings. We took several bookcases and desks out to open up the space and make it feel like YOU wanted to live there. The result was that it sold within 10 days with multiple offers and the sellers were able to retire to their mountain home and net the proceeds they needed. The Realtor and the sellers were very happy with the results! The Realtor realized how staging enhanced her listing and now uses Perfect Placement on very new listing she gets. It has made her very successful in marketing her properties. On average her houses are into escrow within 10 days.
